Our concerts are FREE but we require tickets. All ages are welcome! 

• ALL GA Tickets are made ONLINE ONLY through EVENTBRITE

• First Ticket Release: Our first batch of tickets are released One (1) Month prior to the show date at 2pm PST. For example: Tegan and Sara (Show Date: June 23) - First Ticket Release on May 23 @ 2pm)

• Additional Ticket Releases: The remaining tickets (thousands of tickets) are released on the date of the 2nd and 3rd ticket release. The exact date and time are listed on the concert Eventbrite ticketing page. 

• You can reserve up to 4 tickets

  • Children 2 years and up require a ticket

  • You are allowed to create more than one order with the same email address if you need more than 4 tickets. You can also ask someone else from your family to also try to get tickets.

• Only reserved tickets from our official Eventbrite pages are allowed. Stern Grove Festival reserves the right to refuse entry for tickets purchased from unauthorized 3rd party resellers (individuals or brokers)

• If you have tickets to a show at the Grove and your plans changed so you're no longer able to join us, please follow these steps on how to cancel your order. Please note, this will cancel your ENTIRE Eventbrite order, and this action cannot be reversed. 
  

• As long as each person in your group has their own unique QR code when they arrive, they should have no issue with entry. You’ll only need to make sure that each person has a QR code that hasn’t been used by someone else in the group.

For safety, insurance, and permitting reasons, we now are required to maintain a perimeter and require guests to have a ticket for entry. Basically, we just want to keep you safe at our shows!

In order to provide this experience, the venue is first-come, first-served, and in the event the venue reaches capacity, Stern Grove Festival reserves the right to discontinue entry even if you have a ticket.
